Condominium Appraiser I

This is a non-exempt full-time position that primarily involves fieldwork and other basic appraisal duties in the assessment preparation and certification of a county-wide real property tax roll. The work performed involves inspecting basic real property to obtain necessary property information; working from building permits to determine the location of property and changes, additions, or demolition of improvements; and identifying basic structural features of buildings; among other duties.
