• Traffic Pre-Application Review:
• Applications must submit a portion of the traffic study and partial FLUA application to the Traffic Division for review 30 days (for Small Scale Amendments) and 60 days (for Large Scale Amendments) prior to the FLUA Application intake deadline. Approval of the traffic study must be obtained prior to intake for the amendment. Instructions are contained within the Future Land Use Application.
