Our Mission is to minimize the loss of life & property by simple fast, efficient access to emergency services through technology and training. 9-1-1 Management is responsible for directing 9-1-1 calls to the appropriate answering point with the correct address information. We will continue to maintain our state of the art equipment and provide on going training to the 9-1-1 Call takers in Palm Beach County so the best service can be available to our citizens.
