Payment is due in FULL within 10 days of request in order to hold reservation date. Refunds are not given for cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled rental date.

Please Note:
- A 6% sales tax apply to all admissions, room rental, equipment, service fees and staff fees.
- For Tax Exempt status, a copy of 501 (C) (3) Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption is required. The name of the organization, as it appears on the check or credit card, MUST match the name on the certificate.
Liability insurance may be required for rentals.
- Fee Information (additional fees may apply)
- Rental Fees: Assessed in hour increments only.
- Service Fees: Charged for all rentals occurring outside of office hours.
- Additional Staff Fee: $28/hour
- Set up decorating)/Clean up (All groups must depart premises immediately after event)
- Pre-Event: $28/hour;maximum five hours immediately prior to event
- Post-Event: One hour is provided for clean up at no charge. Additional time is charged at $28/hour. Room MUST be returned to pre-event condition, including mopping of spills on floors.
