IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER:
Team Managers will be notified, by the Recreation Specialist of all game cancellations and will be required to notify their entire team.

Players:   If a manager is unable to contact every team member and an update on playability is required, players may call the ball park answering machine at 561.439.5470, after 5:00 p.m. to confirm game cancellations. The standard greeting stating that "all games are on" will be updated if cancellations occur during the evening.

If rain-outs occur during the regular season, rescheduled games will be played at West Boynton Park fields, located on Northtree Blvd., approximately one-quarter (1/4) mile south of Hypoluxo Rd. on Jog Rd., according to the following tentative dates:

The RAIN-OUT games will be played following completion of the regular season schedule and prior to the start of tournament play. Tournament may be canceled if make-up games and tournament will interfere with start of the next season.
