PAO College Scholarships
Property Appraiser Gary R. Nikolits, CFA, presented $1,000 scholarships in April to five high school seniors. The recipients of the Property Appraiser’s Office 2013 College Scholarships are:
Vanessa Contreras, John I Leonard High School. She will attend Florida State University.
Jairo Garcia, Pahokee High School. He will attend the University of South Florida.
Caitlyn Johnston, Matlock Academy. She will attend Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.
Sara Pengelley, Suncoast High School. She will attend Emory University in Atlanta
Robert “Max” Rautenkranz, Park Vista High School. He will attend the University of Florida.
The online application for the 2014 scholarship will be available in January.
