For more than 35 years, the City of Delray Beach has celebrated its annual holiday pageant parade along Atlantic Avenue. On Dec. 11th, Commissioner Abrams joined local officials, bands, antique cars, clowns, marchers and a variety of groups and clubs in the parade, a community event sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, the City of Delray Beach's Parks and Recreation Department and various sponsors.
