Boca Raton's "Holidays in the Tropics" Parade

The City of Boca Raton celebrated the holiday season with its 40th annual street parade along Federal Highway on December 8th. Commissioner Abrams and his wife Debbie participated as thousands of residents and visitors braved the cold front along the parade route and joined in the festivities.
