Commissioner Abrams Participates in Delray Beach Holiday Parade

Commissioner Abrams, Dr. Alonso and a group of children from the Boca Raton Elementary School.

On December 12, 2009, Commissioner Abrams joined local officials in the Delray Beach Holiday Parade on Atlantic Avenue.  The Commissioner was pleased to be included and enjoyed the festivities.
