Commissioner Presents PROD Award to Local Dentist

On November 15, 2009, Commissioner Abrams was the award presenter on behalf of The Progressive Residents of Delray (PROD) at their 25th anniversary luncheon.  This year’s recipient was Dr. Jay Alperin, who received a plaque for “a lifetime of achievement and community service to the City of Delray Beach.”  Dr. Alperin is a former mayor of Delray Beach and practices dentistry in the city.
