St. Andrews South Residents HonoredOn September 29, Countess Henrietta de Hoernle and Vera Rowland, residents of the Boca Raton ACTS community St. Andrews Estates South, were presented Certificates of Congratulations from the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners for their many fruitful and cheerful years of sharing retirement at St. Andrews. The gathering marked the 30th anniversary celebration for both these residents as well as the community itself.
