Commissioner Abrams Speaks at Memorial Day ceremony

Commissioner Abrams participated in Boca Raton’s Memorial Day ceremony, which annually honors our nation’s military men and women who made the supreme sacrifice in serving our country.  After giving a message on the meaning of Memorial Day, he joined Boca Raton Councilmember Constance Scott in placing a wreath at the foot of the memorial at the Boca Raton cemetery.
