Commissioner Abrams joined other City of Boca Raton officials for “Last Roll Call,” a retirement celebration for Captain Ken Bailes on June 28th in the fire house. Captain Bailes, who served 36 years with the Boca Raton Fire Services Department, was honored not only for his years of service but also for his dedication and commitment to the community.
