Commissioner Abrams Speaks at a Delray Beach Chamber Event

On Wednesday, June 3, 2009, Commissioner Abrams spoke at a Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce event celebrating the completion of the expansion of the South County Courthouse.  Commissioner Abrams discussed how the courthouse is an excellent example of a successful collaboration between the county, the City of Delray Beach and other agencies such as the Community Redevelopment Authority.
