Green Cay Nature Center to Close June 8 & 9 for Repairs

The Green Cay Nature Center will be closed to the public on Friday, June 8, and Saturday, June 9, for repairs to the boardwalk. The facility will reopen at its regular time, 9 a.m. on Wednesday, June 13.

Green Cay Nature Center overlooks 100 acres of constructed wetland and provides educational opportunities about this unique habitat. The wetland features 1.5 miles of elevated boardwalk featuring interpretive signs about the habitat. The center has a lecture hall, gift shop, and live animals in an extensive exhibit room that highlights wetland attributes.
