Commissioner Abrams Attends Ceremony Honoring Dr. Moses

On May 17, 2009, Commissioner Abrams participated in a dedication ceremony for a new park at the Habilitation Center in Boca Raton.

The beautifully landscaped area was dedicated in honor of the late Dr. Wayne T. Moses who was the co-founder and president of the Humanitarian Society, Inc. and a member of the Habilitation Center’s board of directors.
