Commissioner Abrams Celebrates Legacy of Leadership

April 27, 2009

On April 27, 2009, Commissioner Abrams participated in a dedication ceremony honoring the late Mr. and Mrs. Rolland A. Ritter, former residents of St. Andrews Estates North ACTS Retirement-Life Community in Boca Raton.

The Ritters were recognized for their tireless generosity and leadership by the dedication of an elegant fountain at the front lobby portico.
