City of Boca Raton Celebrates its First “Linear” Park Opening

Along with Boca Raton City officials and local residents, Commissioner Abrams celebrated the grand opening of the El Rio Shared-use Trail on Saturday, March 20.  This is the first linear park in Boca Raton designed exclusively for the use of cyclists, skaters and pedestrians.  The one-mile trail is located between Yamato Road and the L-40 Canal along the water’s edge with decorative picnic/rest areas.
