Commissioner Abrams delivered greetings to attendees for a brunch on February 6th at the Congregation Beth Ami in Boca Raton. The occasion was the celebration of the 13th Annual Scholar-In-Residence Weekend. Rabbi Professor David Golinkin was the featured scholar and lecturer during the three-day program, which provided enlightenment, fraternity and spiritual rejuvenation.
