Commissioner Abrams Honored By The Voters’ Coalition

Palm Beach County Commissioner Steven L. Abrams was honored on February 11th at the 27th Annual Voters’ Coalition dinner in recognition of his first year in office as a commissioner.  Boca Raton Mayor Susan Whelchel, a long time friend and colleague, introduced the commissioner to the crowd of over 200 people.

The commissioner expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the crowd and members of the Voters’ Coalition for their support.  “It is an honor and a privilege to serve with my colleagues on the Board of County Commissioners,” Abrams said. 

Also honored at the celebration dinner were the other new commissioners—Shelley Vana and Priscilla Taylor.  All three of the commissioners received a commendation plaque in recognition of their “outstanding public service to the citizens of your community.”
