Abrams Moderates Cultural Panel

Commissioner Abrams was invited to moderate a panel discussion hosted by the Palm Beach County Cultural Council on Feb. 1, 2010. The topic was "Cultural Bounty/South County - A Conversation about the Booming Art Scene in Boca and Delray."
