Annual Legislative Send-Off

On January 29, 2009, Commissioner Abrams attended the annual Legislative Send-Off event hosted by the Jewish Community Relations Council and the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County.  The event was titled “Shrinking Resources, Escalating Needs.”  South Palm Beach County state senators, representatives and county commissioners were invited to attend to discuss the current challenges such as budget cuts and services for seniors and individuals with physical or developmental disabilities.
