Members of the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce's Leadership group visited Commissioner Abrams as part of their "Leadership Day" on Wednesday, January 20, 2010. The group heard about county budgetary issues and some of the latest ordinances enacted, including ethics, pain clinics and tow truck operators.
