Mission:
The Fair Employment Programs section of Human Resources handles employee complaints of discrimination and harassment. The section conducts internal investigations and prepares position statements and resolutions for complaints filed with the EEOC and FCHR. Staff prepares and monitors the annual Affirmative Action Plan. The section handles requests for accommodation under the ADA and assists with FMLA issues. They are also responsible for providing supervisory training on EEO/ADA and sexual harassment law and issues.
