Any person with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree as approved by the State of
Florida Educational Incentive, need only 24 months for Driver, 4 years for
Lieutenant, and 4 years plus and AS Degree for District Chief.
- 3 Week Kelly Day Cycle - 48 hour workweek based on 24 on duty/ 48 hours
off duty with an additional shift off after working 6 shifts (24 hours employee
only).
