Procurement & Project Implementation Group Mission

 

The mission of P.P.I.G is to provide our customers with exceptional construction related procurement and project management services to all County and Constitutional Offices.    

 

What We Do

 

P.P.I.G. provides construction related procurement and project management services to the Facilities Management Division on all non-maintenance projects, as well as to the Capital Improvements Division on projects which do not exceed $1,000,000.  We also provide construction and construction related services to all County departments and Constitutional offices.

Our services include anything requiring a Building Permit, and range from minor interior office remodeling projects to larger remodeling projects including build-out of unfinished shell space.  We can provide building additions/expansions, or stand-alone modular office buildings or metal buildings, complete with site utilities and landscaping.  We also can provide Demolitions, HVAC and/or Electrical renovations, Emergency Generators, Residential remodeling/renovations, Roof repairs/replacements, and all Flooring needs.

We have a variety of procurement options available including Construction Purchase Orders (KPOs), term contracts, cooperative purchases with other government agencies, direct purchases, contracts, and Job Order Contracting (JOC).  We also have an extensive range of skills within the Group which allows us to tailor an approach to best fit your requirements and objectives.
