PERSONAL HIGHLIGHTS
Born and raised in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
Councilman Shaw has been involved in local government since 1988 and served on City committees and boards prior to being appointed to public office. He has served as Deputy Mayor from time to time throughout his tenure on the City Council.
Councilman Shaw’s interests include serving youth, and baseball. He enjoys golfing, movies and the performing arts during his leisure time
