At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on April 2, 2024, Commissioner Bernard presented a proclamation declaring May 5 to 11, 2024 as National Correctional Officers and Employees Week in Palm Beach County. One of the primary goals of correctional officers and employees is to provide an effective corrections system that concentrates on quality for all inmates in its care, custody and control. Palm Beach County’s dedicated correctional officers and employees are essential to the success of our criminal justice process.
