On Aug. 15, 2023, Commissioner Woodward joined supporters, friends, families and donors of the HabCenter (HAB) at their fashion show. The commissioner cheered on the clients as they showed their unique fashion designs and lit up the catwalk.
HAB is a local organization that serves adults with lifelong developmental and intellectual disabilities. The center provides a full-time day program with services including mental/behavioral health, job training and placement and educational and recreational activities.
