On June 16, 2023, Commissioner Woodward attended this year’s Delray Beach Police Department Employee Awards Banquet at the Opal Grand Resort in Delray Beach. The commissioner congratulated the honorees and thanked them for their unwavering commitment to our communities.
The occasion honors the city’s police officers and department employees who have demonstrated exceptional achievement and a genuine commitment to their profession, agency and the public they serve. Officer Edwin Hernandez, Sargent Andrew Collaretti, Deputy Charlie Lunsford and Traffic Homicide Investigator Karl Seifel were recognized.
