On May 4, 2023, Commissioner Woodward met with Joe Speicher and Terry Espositio with the South County Mental Center that provides valuable behavioral health and substance-abuse care to over 10,000 Palm Beach County residents annually.
The commissioner thanked the center for being an agent of change for those experiencing difficult times and providing the needed treatment.
