On April 19, 2023, Commissioner Woodward had the privilege to swear in the Coalition of Boynton West Residential Associations' (COBWRA) new officers and directors at its annual installation meeting at Valencia Shores.
COBWRA is a volunteer-led, nonpartisan, civic organization representing the residential communities of West Boynton Beach and West Lake Worth in unincorporated Palm Beach County.
