On March 4, 2022, Commissioner Woodward joined local volunteers and advocates for the annual Community Spirit Race hosted by the Spirit of Giving network to support over 20 local nonprofits, including Best Foot Forward CROS Ministries and Special Spaces Boca Raton at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.
The commissioner recently met with Executive Director Lindy Harvey with the Spirt of Giving network to learn more about their programs, including the Community Spirit Race, Back to School PBC! and its Holiday Gift Drive.
