On March 1, 2023, Commissioner Woodward attended the YMCA of South Palm Beach County Inspiration Breakfast in Boca Raton. The commissioner thanked the YMCA for providing our residents with health opportunities and encouraging community leaders to play an active role in the wellness of our communities.
This annual event celebrates the YMCA's vision and commitment to promote youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Pro Football Hall of Fame player, three-time Super Bowl winner and "Dancing with the Stars" champion Emmitt Smith was this year's keynote speaker.
