At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on Feb. 7, 2023, Vice Mayor Sachs presented a proclamation declaring March 4, 2023 as Safety 4 Life Ambassador Day in Palm Beach County. Teen safety continues to be a serious concern and is everyone’s responsibility. By connecting more than 500 student ambassadors from public, private and charter schools across Palm Beach County, solutions to safety issues on the road and internet, human trafficking and police interaction with youth have been developed. Student Ambassador Day is an opportunity to encourage all teens and their families to make responsible choices and adopt healthy behaviors.
