On Jan. 12, 2023, Commissioner Woodward toured a portion of the Agriculture Reserve in Delray Beach in preparation for the Board of County Commissioners workshop that will focus on plans for the area. It consists of nearly 22,000 acres of preserved land in Palm Beach County that lies between Hypoluxo Road on the north, Clint Moore road on the south, the Florida Turnpike on the east and the Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge to the west.
The commissioner toured parts of the area including nurseries and tree farms and met with the various stakeholders.
