On Dec. 8, 2022, Commissioner Woodward attended the Palm Beach County Parks & Recreation Holiday BBQ at John Prince Park in Lake Worth. The commissioner commended the employees for taking care of over 8,500 acres of the county’s award-winning park system.
The Palm Beach County Parks & Recreation Department is the 11th largest in the country, operating more than 110 parks and recreational facilities providing organized programs and services for people of all ages and abilities.
