​A voluntary evacuation order has been issued for Zone A and for any areas or properties with manufactured/mobile homes, homes with substandard construction, and homes in flood-prone areas. Those who reside in mobile homes, homes unable to withstand heavy winds, or homes vulnerable to flooding are encouraged to seek shelter with family or friends who reside in a more sturdy structure.

Four general population shelters, a special needs shelter, and pet-friendly shelter are open to accommodate residents who have no other sheltering option. As of 4:00 p.m. Saturday, there were 150 people checked into the shelters. Everyone must be screened before entering. Anyone with a fever will be isolated from other guests.

Voluntary Evacuation Order for Zone A: This order shall take effect at 12:45 pm on August 1, 2020, and will remain in effect until the State of Local Emergency is lifted, or until further order.​​
