On December 13, 2018, the Commissioner attended the Jewish Family Services (JFS) gala at St. Andrews County Club in support of the Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services, under the leadership of Danielle Hartman. The commissioner extended his congratulations to Toby and Leon Cooperman, the richly deserving recipients of the 2018 Ruth & Norman Rales Humanitarian of the Year Award and Linda and Ralph Behmoiras, proud recipients of the 2018 Corporate Leadership Award.

Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services offers help, hope and humanity through a comprehensive range of programs and services that support people of all ages and beliefs.  With locations in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, JFS programs and services include food and financial assistance, senior services, counseling, mental health services and many volunteer opportunities.
