On May 8, 2024, the Code Enforcement Division of the Planning, Zoning, and Building (PZB) Department, along with representatives from the county’s Office of Community Revitalization and Youth Services Department, attended the Gramercy Park community meeting held at the Crossroads Baptist Church in West Palm Beach.

Area Code Enforcement Supervisor Officer Elizabeth Gonzalez and Code Officer Nedssa Miranda gave a presentation to the attendees, covering the most commonly addressed violations, along with an overview of the division's services in support of a safer community. Attendees were given an opportunity to ask staff questions or address any concerns they may have had.

PZB welcomes the opportunity to attend and/or partner with other county departments at community meetings to provide residents with information on PZB’s wide array of services and programs.
