On May 8, 2024, Century Village Boca Raton hosted Planning, Zoning and Building Department (PZB) representatives from the Building, Code Enforcement and Contractors Certification Divisions.   Staff from each division provided presentations on various services and programs including permitting procedures, the importance of hiring a certified contractor and code compliance procedures. Attendees were also provided with an opportunity to ask questions.     

Century of Boca Raton Umbrella Association President Charlie Rosenfeld and Mayor Maria Sachs provided opening remarks and introduced the speakers which also included PBSO Detective Michael Walsh and Fire Rescue Captain Dave Collado.

PZB speakers included Deputy Executive Director Cindy Hoskin; Code Enforcement Director Michele Pagan; Building Division Coordinator Michael Gauger; and Contractors Certification Coordinator Ryan Perez.  Executive Director Whitney Carroll was also in attendance.
