Welcome to the Office of Community Revitalization Contact System! This online form is available for you to easily contact the OCR. Once submitted, the information you enter on this form will be sent to the appropriate staff member. Your phone number and email address are requested to ensure that we can easily contact you.

You can contact us anytime you need:

  • Information and don’t know where to find it.
  • A connection to county staff or resources.
  • To get more involved with your local government and neighborhood.
  • Advice on influencing county decisions.
  • Help resolving a neighborhood issue or concern.
  • To form a neighborhood association or re-energize an existing one.
After receiving your information, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that some issues may take a few days to research. CCRT Community Connections Meetings

 

Out last CCRT Community Connections Meeting was a resounding success. Over 100 community residents, including youth, participated.
